wifi wolves

There's an extremely wretched creature which still holds my ego hostage, begging you to please ignore the fact that these images are all a) facing left and b) at a similar angle. it thinks you're going to crucify me for having no self awareness. let's just, put the nails and torches down... ok... easy now.. thnx..

"b2"-- one of my oldest characters still in regular circulation, first emerged in the back of 8th grade math class [redacted] years ago. I've drawn her 1,000++ times since then, &youkno, beyond getting a little bored of drawing the same thing that many times, start to find there's a particular way you enjoy depicting said thing the most (facing left, at a certain angle, so the "X" is on display.) Lately I only scribble her a few times a year, with tendency to high effort it when time comes to draw this wifi wolf, digital deep dog, super anima, again.

Believe me, I've tried to escape b2, from resisting urges to draw her to briefly giving ownership of the character to a friend. She keeps coming back. there's no escape--uhh--
✧˖°u can;t throw away something cemented this deep*:・゚✧*:・゚✧
What she symbolizes naturally grows alongside me, from representing my relationship to myself, to shifting towards my relationship with the internet and technology, without which she wouldn't exist, nor my interest in art, admittedly I've tried to destroy that too, for my "sanity"

This large format piece of b2 among 5g towers has sat unfinished in my closet almost two years, with a year spent chipping away at the pencils. Yes, I'm intimidated to paint it. The lower GSM paper will fall apart once wet pigment finally touches it, which at this rate could be by the time 5g is obsolete lmao. Posting to enforce some accountability, come winter think I'll take a whack at it while locked inside.
